Rob Wilson

Shropshire Council & Shrewsbury Town Councillor for Copthorne

Rob is the Town and County Councillor for Copthorne, having defeated the Conservative Leader of Shropshire Council in May 2021. He leads our group of six councillors on Shrewsbury Town Council, as well as being a vocal advocate for his community on both councils.

He is a maths teacher, father of two young children, and a campaigner for a cleaner, greener and healthier town. Rob is easy to spot as he is 6'4" and rides a bicycle all over Shrewsbury with a distinctive orange crate on the front!
