Calling out council waste
Shropshire Council wasted £51 million on buying up Shrewsbury’s shopping centres, which are now worth just a fifth of the value.
The levels of waste at Shirehall seem enormous, especially compared to the poor service quality residents receive. Across Shrewsbury and Atcham, Liberal Democrat councillors are standing up for their residents. This has led to an electoral reward, with more Lib Dems than Conservatives in our area now.
